Now in its second year, Art Outside continues to share the creativity of Needham artists with the community through this outdoor public art project. From September 2025 to August 2026 the artwork of 54 artists from Needham Art Association, Needham Open Studios, and Gorse Mill Studios will be featured on outdoor banners at eight locations throughout Needham:
- Gould Street (Mills Field)
- Hillside Avenue (Cricket Field)
- Pickering Street (Greene’s Field)
- Chapel Street
- Nehoiden & May Streets
- Rosemary Street near Highland Avenue
- Harris Avenue (Pollard Middle School)
- Hunnewell Street near Highland Avenue
The banners will be rotated every two months, allowing the community to see a variety of artwork at each location.
