NAA’s annual Fall Judged Exhibit for 2020 features original works by 24 NAA members. At our virtual reception on November 11, judge Penny Billings presented the following awards:

About the Judge
Penny Billings is an award-winning artist who works in a unique style of contemporary realism. Her oil paintings have been recognized nationally and internationally in juried art competitions and commercial art gallery installations, including numerous exhibitions at the National Arts Club and the Salmagundi Club in New York City, and at the Boston International Fine Art Show and the Massachusetts State House in Boston, as well as regional juried competitions, including those of The Copley Society of Art and The Guild of Boston Artists in Boston.
Billings has been elected to juried artist membership in the Salmagundi Club and the American Artists Professional League in New York (where she has been honored as an elected Fellow), The Copley Society of Art in Boston where she chairs the Art Committee and previously chaired the Membership Committee. She is also a member of America Women Artists and the California Art Club.
